Eight Km far from Sarsina, or better - as the word "Quarto" itself means - four roman miles far from Sarsina, we find the village of Quarto, along the S.S. 71 (National Road 71) in the direction of Bagno di Romagna. The artificial lake, which feeds an hydroelectric generating station since 1925, attracts many fishermen. Its conformation is mostly dued to the tremendous landslide occured in 1812. 
In the beautiful pinewood above the lake, paths for rscursions have been marked out.
